plan, (food, booze, non-booze, room, taxes) at $1000 per person per week
on-season and $800 per person per week off-season. All-inclusive dive
and car vacations are available.....please let us know your needs!
Cottage sleeps 4. 2 in main bedroom, 2 on sleeper sofa. Fully
furnished with fridge and housekeeper 3 times per week.

In response to requests from our guests, as of 6/28/05 no children under
the age 18 will be accepted at the resort.
Rates include Government mandated 26% tax and tip.
Rates include round trip transportation to and from Puerto Plata
International Airport.
Above rates are based on a 3 night minimum stay. For reservations less
than 3 days the transportation cost in amount of $100 per person will be
added.
For as long as you visit us, every seventh night you are here will be
free.
Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of
$250 per person.
Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 30 or more days prior to arrival date will receive
a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date are subject
to penalty of a one day stay.
All rates and conditions are subject to change.
No refund will be given to guests not using transfers, open bar, or any
other service or amenity that is normally part of the all-inclusive rate.

a family, yet the rooms are situated apart from the main house for maximum
privacy. Many of their guests have written reviews in Google's
Trip Advisor. Lou says perhaps because they bribe 'em! Not
so. It's because they've got all the services of a major resort,
including giving their guests a cell phone for their personal use, free of
charge, do their laundry, free of charge, offer free Internet access, take
their guests on volcano and sightseeing tours, and out to various
parties and functions to meet other residents. There's never a
dull moment. And if their guests want to do nothing, they leave 'em
to it! |
