I thought I walked white sand beaches before but I've never seen white sand like I did in Negril, Jamaica. This is my second time using Secret Retreats and your suggestion and rates at Bungalo Hotel in Negril were AWESOME. Room, food, service was just right. Tell Patrick I'm sorry for drinking all the Red Stripe Light my last day there. Hey, someone had to do it. Transport from airport was on time. The hotel beach was about 1/2 mile down the road but the staff gives rides back and forth with no problems. I ate breakfast and lunch there most days. Sunday night I ate two lobster with sides for 28 dollars US. What a deal that was. Highly recommend this place. It's not right on the beach but the price is right and the service is great. Thanks again!!

Where do I start? O.K. there I was stuck, stuck in LAX trying to go on my trip of a lifetime to Thailand and the South Pacific. One problem, TSUNAMI....Just when I was ready to throw the vacation time away, Alix came to my rescue. After a quick search on Google, I came across Secret Retreats (sorry for calling you so late), in desperate need of a place to go. Alix said "we don't have time to waste so follow me on this and don't think- just go and give me a credit card number." WOW, was she right. Staying up all night, time zone change, needing sleep bad, I was on my to MBJ via MIA. Final destination-“Club Ambiance”. I must say what a cool place. I mean it ain’t no Thailand but hey, I’ve never been there so I guess I can’t compare the two - but I can say that Alix is a savior of vacations and I must commend her on her efforts to pull this off. I must admit the last time I heard “give me your credit card number” my ex-wife never came back - but Alix, you really came through and I can’t thank you enough. The staff at Club Ambiance was totally awesome!! At first glance, Club A. doesn’t knock you off your feet, but with the sleep I needed and the attention to detail they showed from the very beginning, that was enough for me. I was floored. From the food to the music to the service to the drinks, you could have charged me double and I would have still felt like I was getting a deal. OH Yeah, Alix, Mr. O says “Hey Baby!!!” In short, I’m not saying Alix can do this every time, (although she claims that she can), I’m passing on a “job well done” to a super person who genuinely cares about getting you to a place to relax and have fun. Alix, you sure earned your fifty-bucks. Thanks a million!!!

Well, we got back from Club Ambiance in Jamaica and we had a great time! Thanks
for all the tips, they were very helpful! I can't believe you actually DROVE
among those other maniac drivers!

Anyway, just wanted to say thank you for being so helpful and for getting us
reservations so quickly... we'll definitely recommend Secret Retreats and use
it again!

Thank you for the updates on the retreats. I also wanted to tell that (once again) I had an awesome time at the Blue Bay with Lalos, Jose, and Chinos. Those guys are so awesome. I felt like I had to go through counseling and detox just to come back to work! It's now my home away from home. Mom and dad loved their suite! They were very surprised.

I can't wait to be in touch with you so that I can go back again. I know I should explore other places, but damn, when a girl likes something she sticks with it.....

Well, personally I think my seester, Aleex, is the best travel-agent type person in the whooooole world. I would not trade her for 2000 leezards, or cheekin soup when I'm sick (and I'm sick right now, I might add!)! I would not trade her for fresh feesh in the Careebbean, or any other deesh for that matter. My seester is the best, and I would recommend her service to anyone.

So sorry I couldn't get back to you earlier but have been swamped at work I wanted to say a great big Thank You for the Club Ambiance. It really worked out great for us! The food was good, room was big, everyone was real nice and all the guys say Hi. I will definitely contact you for our next rendezvous for a runaway weekend trip! I gave a few of the ladies at BA the brochure and web page so listen out for our staff!

Wanted to let you know, every 'ting was great except for the food--it was just "ok". But we were treated like royalty 24/7. I really want to go to Club Ambiance next time with a friend next year. I'll let you know when---Thanks for the taxi driver tip---we paid a lot of money ($80) to go to Dunn's river. I'll call J.R. next time.

The family atmosphere of FDR Pebbles is excellent. The entertainment staff was wonderful for my kids age 15 and 17. They loved it and made friendships with the staff.

The accommodations were great as well. The service was outstanding. At dinner, we noticed there were no mangos on the fruit platter. We asked our waitress and she said she would check into it and that one way or another she would get mangos to us. About two hours later, there was a knock on the door and there she was standing with two platters of mangos sliced and beautifully arranged on the platters!

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated all the hard work you did for myself and Mike, we had an awesome time in Runaway Bay, Jamaica...the service was wonderful even before I told them that we were friends of yours...after that came out the service was even better! Wow! The special treatment you get when you know Alix Myers.... The weather was beautiful the whole time we were there and the people there are so great and friendly. I am ready to go back again if I can talk Mike into it. I am not sure he wants me to go back since it was all inclusive and it seemed I drank to much rum the night before we had to catch a plane out EARLY the next morning...but it was great! Thanks again Alix for all you did to make our trip so wonderful!

I would like to thank you for your services in finding me great locations when I went on vacation. My stay at Puerto Rico was just right. You arranged such a great deal for my friend and I for just 79.99 a night double occupancy, right on the Condado strip. It was nice walking out the door and having the beaches right across the street and the tourist sites right there.

The second time I used your services you helped me with a great stay at Club Ambiance. The $52 all inclusive per day worked out nicely. The food was good and the club made you totally relax.

I cannot wait to use your service again when I go to Cancun. Thanks Alix! Hope to see you soon.
